Let’s Discuss Anthony “Nino” D’Anna, Vickie Dehart & The Ridges

This website fundamentally is about Anthony aka “Tony” or “Nino” D’Anna, who made a big mistake the day he threatened me and tried to exploit me, an “elderly person” as I’m legally categorized under Nevada law — a senior citizen in other words. I consider D’Anna to be a dangerous person with an explosive temper. I base that upon his arrest record. It speaks for itself (linked here and here.) Upon information and belief, further investigation has showed that D’Anna was allegedly able to obtain confidential FBI information from his girlfriend, EHB Companies Founder, Vickie Dehart. Her one-time employee, Brett Harrison, was EHB Companies’ Chief Operating Officer (COO) for more than nine years, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Coincidentally, Brett Harrison’s brother is FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison. I know that because D’Anna told me; and because, at the time, FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison happened to be my case agent, who I interfaced with at the FBI’s Las Vegas office from 2017-2020. I had no idea Brett Harrison and Glenn Harrison were brothers until D’Anna told me that in a fit of rage. The information D’Anna obtained could only have come from someone with direct knowledge of my relationship with the FBI. Allegedly, D’Anna ultimately disclosed this information to a third party and caused me financial harm — the cascade effect of this information being released directly caused a lawyer to cancel a multimillion dollar contract with me. It has caused me not only financial harm, but Anthony D’Anna’s threats and ominous warnings have caused me, but my family, and my friends and associates mental anguish.

This story, and this website, is a tangled web with many players. I lay it all out here in these posts and pages. ConvictedFelonintheRidges.com. Read all about it.

Things you should immediately know about D’Anna and Dehart, especially if you’re a resident of The Ridges, Las Vegas:

  • Tony D’Anna, who formally goes by his given name, Anthony, and also by his nickname, “Nino,” as well as “Tony,” is a convicted felon who served time in prison on drug charges (See the press release from the US Attorney’s Office, District of Nevada, above and here: US Attorney’s Office Press Release)
Tony (“Nino”) D’Anna, 46 (Convicted Felon)
  • D’Anna also was brought up on charges of domestic battery by strangulation (a felony in Nevada) and domestic battery (a misdemeanor charge). (See: Court Case) Y0u’ll notice the charges were dismissed — 1) because as to my information an belief, allegedly the victim was terrified of retribution from him if she pursued her case, so she backed away from continuing to press charges; and 2) there was a documented relationship between the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson, who dismissed the case, and D’Anna (see this article:  8NewsNow, More than 1,000 communications over five months.) There’s much more about all that throughout this site, including the late judge being brought up on ethics charges: BEFORE THE NEVADA COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL DISCIPLINE Formal Statement of Charges.)
  • D’Anna now has access to The Ridges Las Vegas community as a result of his intimate relationship with Vickie Dehart, who recently bought a home there and who now lives there.
  • D’Anna also brags about being in the loan business as a high-interest, high dollar money lender. I think a lot of people call that kind of person a loan shark. That’s just what I hear.
  • D’Anna has had no visible means of support ever since I’ve known him from back in 2009. And he also brags about paying little to no income tax or filing tax returns.
  • D’Anna has driven a string of high-end cars over the years that are jointly owned by him and his mother, Erlava.
  • As we have documented throughout this site, D’Anna personally introduced me to the former acting, former interim US Attorney for the District of Nevada and now current First Assistant US Attorney Chattah on more than one occasion (before she was appointed by President Trump to that role); at one time D’Anna claimed to be romantically involved with Chattah, and even actually took me to her office.
  • D’Anna has an extremely explosive temper and has threatened me on more than one occasion.
  • And let’s not forget about a loan he apparently helped orchestrate to the manager of the well-known Italian restaurant, Piero’s — Evan Glusman — for $1.5 million. That blew up when Evan’s father and Piero’s owner Freddy Glusman found out about it. Local news accounts attributed the $1.5 million loan to a Nevada LLC, and not to the sole officer of the company, Diamonds NV Management, LLC’s Vickie Dehart

An Open Letter to Nevada First Assistant Us Attorney Sigal Chattah and Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo

ACCORDING TO ANTHONY D’ANNA, DURING A PHONE CONVERSATION IN UTAH, D’ANNA STATED THAT VICKIE DEHART HAD OBTAINED TWO ASSAULT RIFLES AT HIS REQUEST

The FN SCAR (Special Operations Forces Combat Assault Rifle) is a modular, piston-driven weapon platform designed by FN Herstal for special operations.

Ms. Chattah and Gov. Lombardo, I’m sure you both understand what a prohibited person is, as well as the laws that cover obtaining weapons via straw purchases and/or giving convicted felons access to weapons.

4473s — I’m sure you’re familiar with the 4473 Federal form you fill out when you purchase a gun — which cannot be erased, shredded or hidden.

With your combined law enforcement experience, let me make this easy for you: Vickie Dehart went into Towbin Motor Cars and purchased a Rolls Royce Wraith, which Anthony D’Anna was seen in, driving around Las Vegas with none other than Vickie Dehart — with personalized plates, I might add.

Now, for all you law enforcement sleuths, reference that vehicle’s purchase date in 2019. Think about that; let that sink in. And then compare that to the date on the 4473 that Vickie Dehart filled out when she allegedly purchased at least one SCAR (pictured above).

First Assistant US Attorney Sigal Chattah — by the way, you’re quite familiar with Vickie Dehart, as you’re seen in a myriad of pictures that I’ve posted on this website — I’m sure you’re both quite familiar with Freddie Glusman, now former Piero’s Italian Restaurant owner. (I’m not going to get into my version of elder abuse; we’ll talk about that later.) A public starting point for D’Anna’s and Dehart’s relationship was right around the time of the purchase of that Rolls. I saw it with my own eyes, and them in it. D’Anna and Dehart drove it to my house to show it off. They were quite proud of it.

Now, Ms. Chattah and Gov. Lombardo: do a little investigative work and see about the 4473 ATF form that Vickie Dehart allegedly filled out to get those weapons. Look at the date. And compare it to the date that Rolls Royce Wraith was purchased in 2019. Clearly Dehart was already well involved with D’Anna, wasn’t she?

The above information was given to me directly by Anthony D’Anna during a phone conversation I was having with him when I was in Utah.

Halloween Horror Show in The Ridges

My prediction comes true —
My cause for concern proven

I predicted there would be turmoil in the Ridges. I was right.

There was, and is, cause for concern. This is a perfect example. My prophecy evolves, proving my point for my cause for concern. As I predicted, there would be turmoil and upheaval in the ridges. Please pay close attention to this. This happened in October 2025. This site was created before that, and just recently was launched live. Here’s the background of the story, The Halloween Horror Show in The Ridges:

Just before Thanksgiving last year, a source told me that on October 31st, which is Halloween, that The Ridges community — where Vickie Dehart and Anthony D’Anna live — had a private block party marking the popular holiday.

At that private block party, a prominent Las Vegas entrepreneur — who owns a number of companies in the area — was in attendance, according to this source.

According to a source who also was at the celebration, Anthony “Nino” D’Anna and Vickie Dehart allegedly charged through the crowd to confront this entrepreneur, who was there with his family. D’Anna was alleged to have been throwing around F-bombs, saying he didn’t appreciate being barred from one of the entrepreneur’s establishments.

Both Tony and Vickie were 86’d from well-known Las Vegas Italian restaurant, Piero’s late last year, after the owner’s son, Evan Glusman, tried to take a $1.5 million loan out on Piero’s from an LLC formed and funded by Vickie. That was a mess. It served to alienate father (Freddie Glusman) and son, and ultimately got Tony and Vickie 86’d from the establishment.

So Tony, in my opinion acting out as the thug he thinks he is, confronts this entrepreneur associated with the restaurant, who was there with his children, along with a big African-American bodyguard. According to the witness at the scene who was relating this to me, D’Anna stepped up to this entrepreneur and allegedly threatened him with bodily harm and tells the bodyguard he would “beat [his] ass, too.” The entrepreneur didn’t engage physically with D’Anna and just tried to ignore him.

However, police were called to respond to the incident, it was that confrontational according to the source. The police  showed up, and — this is what I was told — they separated the two parties. This is according to my source, who was there, and witnessed it all. The police asked entrepreneur if he wanted to press charges; he declined to.

Now, D’Anna — before Evan Glusman was arrested for threatening to go in and shoot up Piero’s, and before the sale by his father, Freddie, went through — had gone into the restaurant (he was a regular) and was letting everyone know that he was the new owner of Piero’s.

Less than two weeks after Halloween, on November 13, a group of people were involved in placing an “improvised explosive device” at the front door of Piero’s and lighting it. (Watch the video here: https://www.reviewjournal.com/crime/newly-released-video-shows-explosion-at-pieros-italian-cuisine-3589244/)

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigated this incident and arrested a number of suspects.

According to 8newsnow.com, in a report posted to their website on April 27, 2025, they referred to a “financial institution,” (story here: 8NewsNow) regarding details of a loan in an attempt to buy Piero’s, or a stake in it. In reality this “financial institution” is really an LLC, formed by Vickie Dehart in 2020, known as Diamonds NV Management, LLC (see below).

The real story is what no one in the media really reported on — except me, now: Dehart was fully and completely behind the loan as the “financial institution” through Diamonds NV Management. But additionally, and most importantly, it’s the fact that she knew that Freddie Glusman owned Piero’s, not his son, Evan, who was only listed as a Manager. (See photo gallery post on this site of Dehart and pals Sigal Chattah and disgraced Michele Fiore cozying up with Freddie at an anniversary celebration for Piero’s a few years ago: Photo Gallery.

How did she know Freddie owned Peiro’s? She knew Freddie very well. Just look at the social media photos of her with Freddie from years ago during a Piero’s anniversary celebration: Piero’s photos (scroll down on that link to see all the photos).

In my opinion, this was nothing short of elder abuse. (See updated post related to that here: New post). The group of them, in my opinion — Anthony D’Anna, Vickie Dehart and Evan Glusman — conspired to pull the wool over Freddie Glusman’s eyes. Freddie turned 88 years old in June last year.

But here’s the other thing, in my opinion: D’Anna thought Piero’s would default on that $1.5 million loan that Dehart’s LLC had conjured up. He thought Vickie would then acquire the restaurant through the default on the loan and that it would be “his” — through his association with longtime girlfriend Vickie. it was his restaurant. That’s what the play was, in my opinion. They didn’t go after the business — they went after the building to theoretically eventually take over the property.

Cause for Concern

Please take the time to read through all the posts and pages on this website to understand the full context of the depth of legal and criminal entanglements regarding Anthony “Nino” D’Anna and EHB Companies Founder Vickie Dehart and why in my opinion I believe they’re a danger to the entire community of The Ridges, Las Vegas in Summerlin.

Vickie Dehart, Sigal Chattah and the Case for Elder Abuse:
My Opinion

My case for clear elder abuse, in my opinion, of former Piero’s Restaurant owner Freddie Glusman, who is currently 88 years old, relates to Vickie Dehart’s knowledge of, relationship with, and indeed friendship with Freddie Glusman.

Top, from left to right: Vickie Dehart, Michele Fiore, and Sigal Chattah gather around Peiro’s founder and owner, Freddie Glusman, during the restaurant’s 40th anniversary celebration in 2022. (Facebook Photo)

Dehart put together a $1.5 million loan to Piero restaurant’s longtime general manager, Evan Glusman, son of the owner and founder, Freddie. I find it hard to believe that Dehart did not have full knowledge that Evan was not the owner, only the general manager; Freddie was the owner. The $1.5 million loan went through Dehart’s Diamonds NV Management, LLC; Dehart is the sole officer for diamonds NV Management, LLC listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s portal for business registrations.

Evan is reportedly being investigated by authorities for “… taking out an unauthorized loan against [Piero’s] and then threatening a shooting,” according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained. (Please see: Las Vegas restaurateur, son of Piero’s founder, accused of loan fraud, shooting threat). We’ll see how far that goes and how long that investigation drags out, if it even is ongoing at all.

I wonder, did Vickie talk this over with her longtime friend and once-First Assistant US Attorney for the District of Nevada Sigal Chattah? Maybe the mess Vickie might have gotten herself into related to this loan (she clearly knew who owned Piero’s at the time and that he was an elderly senior citizen) was passed over for prosecution at the time by one of the top law enforcement officers in the State of Nevada, Sigal Chattah?

There clearly was a push by the DOJ to look into elder abuse crimes not even a year ago (See: DOJ Press release on 2025 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day). Vickie, you’ve knew for a fact for years, as we can clearly see in these photos from the Piero’s anniversary celebration in 2022 — four years ago — that Freddie was the founder and owner of Pieros. You appeared in the pictures with him, the now 88-year-old owner.

But yet, you still gave a $1.5 million loan to his son, Evan, knowing that he was not the owner and founder; Freddie was. Then there was the subsequent fire bombing (a couple of nefarious dude’s lit an improvised explosive device at the door of Piero’s on November 13, 2025). Sigal Chattah, at the time of that bombing event, was the Acting US Attorney for the District of Nevada. She even came to Piero’s in person to watch the unfolding investigation at the scene.

(Video above from KTNV is used under the Fair Use Doctrine.)

Chattah is not uninformed. She knows what’s going on regarding the Glusmans, Piero’s, and Tony D’Anna and Vickie Dehart and the $1.5 million loan. She knows what happened, but yet she turns a blind eye.

This is elder abuse. You’re aware of it, former acting US Attorney Chattah. You’re friends with everyone involved. You knew who owned it.

Ms. Chattah, why would you not investigate why this loan was given, whether or not there was prosecutable fraud and/or elder abuse associated with it? In my opinion, this is a classic case of elder abuse. So, where do you stand on this, Sigal? And where do you stand on this, Vickie?

No better time to investigate than when there still are fresh tracks to follow, so to speak. Wouldn’t you agree?

Event Enables the Further Forging of Friendships Between Vickie Dehart & Sigal Chattah

Event guests for the evening: Sigal Chattah (left) and gal pal Vickie Dehart (Photo Illustration)

PERSONAL UPDATE, 11 AM, SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025: Towards the end of this post, I ask questions about the process of Michele Fiore’s presidential pardon by Donald Trump before she was even sentenced for her conviction. According to a published report this morning in the Las Vegas Review Journal, the RJ wrote: “Interim Nevada U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah, who accompanied Fiore to court during her criminal case, said she was not involved in getting Fiore a pardon. ‘We haven’t talked in a while,’ she said. Asked why, Chattah replied: ‘It’s none of your business.’ “

There you have it, fellow Nevada citizens. It’s none of our business to know whether or not Chattah had anything to do with, or helped with, getting Fiore a pardon from President Trump. None of our business whether or not Chattah’s friend (who had been nicknamed by some as “Lady Trump”), who was convicted by a jury on 7 felony counts and faced the possiblity of 140 years in prison, got help from interim US Attorney Chattah to get a full pardon.

____________________________________________________

At an event in Las Vegas Wednesday night (May 7, 2025) Sigal Chattah and Vickie Dehart enjoyed a wonderful evening together!

But where was “Nino”? Where was Anthony D’Anna, the convicted felon and documented organized crime figure? Tony is Vickie Dehart’s current longtime boyfriend who Chattah represented in an accident and injury case and who won a settlement (sealed by the court). Nino / Tony, nowhere to be seen ….

I wonder what Sigal and Vickie talked about? Maybe the mess Vickie’s gotten herself into related to the $1.5 million loan to Piero’s restaurant longtime general manager, Evan Glusman, son of the owner and founder, Freddie Glusman. The $1.5 million loan went through Dehart’s Diamonds NV Management, LLC; Dehart is the sole officer listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s portal for business registrations. Evan is reportedly being investigated by authorities for “… taking out an unauthorized loan against [Piero’s] and then threatening a shooting,” according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.

Did Nino’s name come up? I’m sure it did. I’m just sitting here speculating about that conversation between Chattah and Dehart. For example, I’m wondering if the two of them, sitting together at this event, ever talked about Nino’s bragging about not filing income taxes. Do you think Sigal would have asked Vickie about that? Or was there any conflict with Sigal representing Nino in that accident and injury case? Or with Sigal representing Tony’s mother, Erlava D’Anna in a separate case?

Maybe they talked about Sigal’s interim appointment as US Attorney for the District of Nevada, and how long she might be able to hold onto that post. Or maybe they talked about Sigal’s friend, Michele Fiore, who was convicted of 6 counts of wire fraud and one count of attempted wire fraud for her personal use of funds that Fiore raised for a statue honoring a fallen Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer; shortly before she was to be sentenced (which could have resulted in 140 years in jail if she had gotten the maximum) Fiore was pardoned by President Trump. Presidential pardon or not, the money Fiore raised never was used for the statue; it paid for some of Fiore’s personal expenses, such as plastic surgery and her daughter’s wedding.

It looked like Chattah had Fiore’s back; they were photographed by the Review Journal leaving court on Sept. 9, 2024, the date of Fiore’s arraignment. It was also reported that Sigal sat in the courtroom during Fiore’s trial. But now, seeing the fury that’s been raised from all ends of the political spectrum about Fiore’s pardon, Chattah seems to be distancing herself from Fiore, saying in an 8newsnow interview that “she used to be my friend,” and that “I have not talked to Michele for months.” Really? Interesting.

Sigal, what was your role in Michele Fiore’s presidential pardon? Did you have a role in it? Just curious. How does someone actually get a presidential pardon, or even get on the list to be granted a pardon, and how does that person rise to the top of the list for that? And so quickly, like Michele Fiore. What’s the process for that? Does a pardon application go through someone such as yourself, Sigal? You’re the interim US Attorney for the District of Nevada. Wouldn’t that have had to come from or at least through your office? I don’t know the answer to those questions. Perhaps you could help explain that, since no other media has bothered to ask these questions.

Sigal, I find it hard to believe that you said you’ve had no communication with Michele Fiore in months. Has it been one, two, three months? Has it been since her conviction in October 2024 — seven months? Or has it been since Fiore’s pardoning on April 23, 2025?

I can only imagine the conversation between the two of them. Kind of gets your imagination running …

The Story Behind Evan Glusman’s Arrest for Threatening Gun Violence at Piero’s — Vickie Dehart, the “Financial Institution” — and “Organized Crime Figure” Tony D’Anna

Vickie Dehart is listed as the sole officer (manager) for Diamonds NV Management, LLC (click to see larger image)

NOTE: To act as a mortgage lender in Nevada, you generally must be licensed through the Division of Mortgage Lending (MLD)
I must ask the question: whose license made this loan?
Is Vickie Dehart, as sole officer for this LLC, licensed to make this loan?

We will lay out in very simple, but in complete detail, the story (with appropriate documents) supporting the above headline:

  1. Evan Glusman’s arrest and court document (Register of Actions)
  2. Vickie Dehart and her Nevada LLC that made the loan (short form deed of trust)
  3. Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna (Vickie Dehart’s longtime boyfriend), an “organized crime figure” (Court Document (scroll to Paragraph 13) / Las Vegas Review Journal report)

Is Vickie Dehart a financial institution?

According to 8newsnow.com, in a report posted to their website on April 27, 2025, they referred to a “financial institution,” regarding details of the loan, which in reality is really an LLC, formed by Vickie Dehart in 2020 — .Diamonds NV Management, LLC The 8newsnow report said:

“Metro’s investigation into the $1.5 million loan was continuing Sunday. Documents reveal investigators suspect “Evan Glusman provided outdated, inaccurate, and/or altered trust documents to the financial institution in support of the loan application, thereby misrepresenting his legal authority over the trust and the property,” documents said.”

The “financial institution” they’re referring to is the Diamonds NV Management, LLC, which lists as its sole officer, Vickie L. Dehart. The screenshot at the top of this post shows the LLC as listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s website known as SilverFlume, which catalogs registered business entities in Nevada.

One thing for sure is that Ms. Dehart’s boyfriend (or is it Mrs. Dehart? — that’s still a mystery; not sure of her marital status to Paul Dehart), Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna had boasted to others about the loan to Evan Glusman. (Please refer to the doc shown above below that clearly shows that Vickie Dehart is the lender — the “financial institution” through her Nevada LLC.

SIGAL CHATTAH US ATTORNEY FOR DISTRICT OF NEVADA DANNA KNOWN ORGANIZED CRIME FIGURE
Click on the highlighted text above to see full court document. Scroll to Paragraph 13. For context, the “Respondent” referred to is the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson.

Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna had told more than one person that he got Vickie to loan Evan Glusman that money, and that one day soon, Piero’s would be under his — D’Anna’s control. Also note that Tony has been known as, and has been called, an organized crime figure by the RJ (see above callout of Paragraph 13 in this document: FORMAL STATEMENT OF CHARGES).

Whoever is reporting on this needs to dig deeper. Report the facts, not what you think.

In Trouble? Better Call Sigal

(Click on image to see larger.)

I ran across some very interesting and important news this weekend related to Piero’s Italian Cuisine. The popular restaurant owner’s son, Evan Glusman was arrested Saturday, April 26, 2025 and held without bail.

  1. The charges are (see Register of Actions image above): One felony count categorized as “Make threat or false info re act of terrorism or WMD” (my emphasis)
  2. One misdemeanor count for Harassment, first offense

Piero’s Italian restaurant, a popular spot not only for celebs and may prominent Las Vegas muckety-mucks but also for Anthony aka “Nino,” aka “Tony” D’Anna, his current girlfriend Vickie Dehart, and lots of top politicos like interim US Attorney for the District of Nevada Sigal Chattah and many other movers and shakers.

From Piero’s “About” page on their website (https://www.pieroscuisine.com/about):

“The restaurant boasts a distinguished roster of regulars, from political figures like George W. Bush and Bill Clinton to entertainers such as Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, and Justin Timberlake. Local celebrities, including members of the Las Vegas Golden Knights and Raiders, along with personalities like Mike Tyson and Dana White, are often spotted here.”

Yes, it’s that kind of place. But here’s the thing: Anyone who goes to Piero’s in D’Anna’s  company either knows or has been introduced to Evan Glusman by Tony. And the cast of characters in D’Anna’s circle who frequent the restaurant include his girlfriend, Mrs. Vickie Dehart, Sigal Chattah (who one witness said introduced Vickie to Tony at the restaurant) the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson, and other high-level political and judicial movers and shakers. In fact, I was there one night — when Tony and I had a much better relationship — and he personally introduced me to Evan Glusman.

I’ve learned from sources that Evan and his father, Freddie Glusman, were seen at Queensridge, where Freddie lives, on the day of Evan’s arrest. My sources saw an extreme amount of law enforcement agents and agencies at Queensridge. It was enough of a gathering, apparently, that you couldn’t miss it.

Speculation is that there is something going on between father and son related to the ownership of Piero’s. I can’t say what that issue or issues might be, but I find it very interesting that someone registered Piero’s Las Vegas LLC with the Nevada Secretary of State on 04-24-2025, just two days before Evan was arrested on Saturday, 04-26-2025. The LLC is listed on the state’s SilverFlume portal of business registrations and is currently active. As you can see from the accompanying document, the entity type is listed as “Reserved.” The entity status is listed as “Reserved.” The formation date is 04/24/2025. There is no registered agent information listed, which is unusual. No registered agents or officers, no name of individual or legal entity, no business ID, no address. Very strange.

Freddie Glusman, Evan’s father, is getting up there in years. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors when it comes to family — especially when family members are in business together?

You’ll note in the attached Register of Actions court document shown above, that probable cause was found in the arrest; that there was a release order granted by the judge after bail was posted, and that the release order also stipulated that Evan Glusman wear an ankle monitoring device. Additionally, Evan was ordered by the court (presiding Judicial Officer: Amy Ferreira) to “stay away from” Peiro’s (at least 1,000+ yards from the restaurant’s address), and that Evan was ordered to “not have weapons in possession.”

This case is just beginning to proceed through the Nevada state courts, and I’ll be looking to update this with more information, possibly as soon as Monday. So stay tuned. In the meantime, my advice would be:

The Dehart, Chattah, Fiore Photo Album: Better Call Sigal

Sigal Chattah, Michele Fiore, and Vickie Dehart have had quite the time together in their relationship over the years. Please scroll through this brief photo album of images culled from public social media posts to check out their adventures:

Here’s a shot from an event in 2020 of the three together again (from left to right) Michele Fiore, Vickie Dehart, and Sigal Chattah. (Facebook Photo)

Here’s another one from the same 2019 event as above with (from left to right) Michele Fiore, Santa, unidentifed woman, and Sigal Chattah. (Facebook Photo)

One more photo to share, and I find this one to be quite poignant. It’s a photo from the dedication of the installation of the statue of slain police officer Alyn Beck, photographed at the front of Officer Alyn Beck Memorial Park. The statue and the park are dedicated to the memory of fallen Officer Beck. Michele Fiore was charged with, tried for, and found guilty of multiple counts of wire fraud related to the funds she helped raise to go towards the memorial statue, which she then — according to the guilty verdict in her case — was convicted of. Just days after the jury rendered the guilty verdict convicting Michele Fiore on all counts, President Trump pardoned her.

Identified in front of the statue honoring slain LVMPD Officer Alyn Beck are, from left to right: Michele Fiore, then-Gov. Steve Sisolak, then-Sheriff Joe Lombardo, and then-Mayor Carolyn Goodman. (Facebook Photo) NOTE: Faces of those who could not be identified were intentionally blurred.

Anthony D’Anna Apparently Thinks He Has a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free Card in the Form of Sigal Chattah

OPINION:

I’ve heard that Anthony D’Anna (aka “Tony,” aka “Nino”) has been bragging that he’s untouchable because of his relationship with current First Assistant US Attorney for the District of Nevada Sigal Chattah.

This boasting by D’Anna about his being untouchable comes on the heels of the news that one of Sigal Chattah’s closest legal and political colleagues, Michele Fiore, had been granted a full pardon by President Trump, even though she was convicted by a jury in October 2024 of six counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud for stealing over $70,000 in donations meant for a fallen police officer’s memorial, using the funds for personal expenses like rent and her daughter’s wedding.

Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Makes you wonder about the connection between Michele Fiore (who’s actually been nicknamed, “Lady Trump”) and Sigal Chattah. Such as, I wonder how Michele Fiore’s pardon happened so fast for a state-level Republican politician to have gotten a pardon just days after her conviction? And even before her sentencing? Her sentencing could have been for 140 years, or it could have been a relative slap on the wrist. We’ll never know now.

Makes you wonder, did Sigal Chattah have a role in Fiore’s pardon? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to come up with that potential connection. How did Fiore get a pardon with such a convincing conviction with such blatant disregard for the law? The financial evidence and court documents brought forward by the prosecuting federal attorneys (hello, Sigal Chattah) speak for themselves.

Anthony D’Anna and Mrs. Vicke Dehart are Officially “86’d” From Piero’s Restaurant

Interesting how life turns over time — either a short amount of time, or over a great deal of time.

Take Anthony D’Anna, Mrs. Vickie Dehart and Piero’s, for example. In a matter of just a couple weeks things changed dramatically for them. As of April 22, 2025, D’Anna and Dehart were officially “86’d” from Peiro’s and were issued a notice and warning, provided pursuant to NRS 207.200, that they may be subject to legal action, including arrest and criminal trespassing charges.

D’Anna and Dehart were frequent diners at Piero’s — daily, in fact. Restaurant manager Evan Glusman, a son of Piero’s owner Freddie Glusman, would treat the two like royalty.

But as of April 22, 2025, D’Anna and Dehart are “personna non grata” at the restaurant. Before, D’Anna and Dehart couldn’t buy a dinner there thanks to Evan’s generosity; now they can’t even get in the place. Neither can Evan Glusman. In common restaurant parlance, they’ve all been “86’d” from the restaurant, including Evan Glusman.

Vickie Dehart 2022 Campaign Contributions to Sigal Chattah for Failed Nevada Attorney General Race

Click on above image to see full size.

Above is what I found related to contributions from Vickie Dehart and her various entities to Sigal Chattah’s attempt at being elected in 2022 to be the Nevada Attorney General. She lost to incumbent Aaron Ford, who she said in a Tweet,
“… should be hanging from a f—ing crane.”

You might note the misspelling of Dehart’s last name in the above example as “Debhart.” I don’t know if that was intentional or if it was an honest misspelling. Most people know how to spell their last names.

Dehart and her businesses and associates contributed heavily across the board to a multitude of political candidates for office.

Vickie Dehart’s Daughter, Summer Davies (née Dehart) & Her Political Contributions

See the screenshot below of the Nevada Secretary of State report for Summer Davies’ (Dehart) political contributions: It looks like Summer Davies (née Dehart) was very driven to donate to political campaigns during the years of  2017-2021 ($16,000 total).

Notice of a Lawsuit Brought

As a result of my interactions with Anthony “Nino” D’Anna, and as a result of his relationship with girlfriend Mrs. Vickie Dehart and other of her previous EHB Companies employees, I have suffered an adverse effect to myself personally and professionally, which has cost me a great deal of time, money, relationships, and a very lucrative contract.

Also, as a result of Tony’s behavior and threats, which I believe can be carried out judging from his past criminal records (also see bulleted list below) and his prior access to previous EHB Company employees, he has revealed to me in more than one conversation that he had access to personal and confidential information that never should have been allowed to be transferred or communicated to him.

Also, Tony’s relationship with Shafik Hirji, who lives in my neighborhood, carries a lot of weight, especially when he was screaming at me and making sure I knew he had essentially 24/7 access to me, my family and my home. His veiled threat, as I perceived it to me, was that he could access my community and get to my house anytime he wanted.

As a result of D’Anna’s actions in communicating third-party information, I had no choice but to file a lawsuit. Details will be forthcoming.

A Scary Visit to the Desert for a Domestic Battery by Strangulation Victim

I was told a frightening story about a woman’s violent experience with Anthony “Nino” D’Anna. D’Anna was charged (filed May 2017 as State of Nevada v. Anthony Francis Danna, Jr.; Case No. 17F08833X) with “Domestic Battery by Strangulation” and “Domestic Battery.” According to the woman who accused D’Anna, she was beaten, strangled, taken into the desert outside of Las Vegas, dumped, and left for dead.

The case took two years to wind its way through the court system. Ultimately, the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson, who died by a gunshot wound in January 2023, which the Clark County Coroner ruled as a suicide, dismissed the case against D’Anna with the notation on July 6, 2017: “State Not Proceeding (Nolle Prosequi).”

I find this interesting, because I know Tony D’Anna had an intimate personal relationship with Judge Tobiasson for a time, although both publicly denied it. However D’Anna had volunteered information to me that he had sex with the judge in the front seat of a Corvette parked at a very popular Las Vegas restaurant, Peiro’s Italian Cuisine, where they were having dinner that evening.

Even though the two denied having an intimate relationship, media reports (such as a story published online by Las Vegas’s News Channel 8, headlined, “I-TEAM: Las Vegas judge formally accused of abusing her power, improper conduct“, which we are quoting from) documented that, “According to the [Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department], police learned [Judge Tobiasson] had more than 1,000 communications over five months with organized crime figure, Anthony Danna, who she had previously dismissed charges against in her courtroom. Police say she also later communicated with him while he was a fugitive.”

In a separate story published by the Toronto Sun (see image below), longtime journalist Dana Gentry, who writes for the Nevada Current, raised an interesting note about her conversations with Judge Melanie Tobiasson over time while Tobiasson was fighting allegations of ethical impropriety. According to the Toronto Sun story, Gentry was skeptical that Tobiasson committed suicide. Gentry was quoted in the story as saying, “I can’t tell you how many times Melanie told me, ‘If I wind up dead, remember I wasn’t suicidal,’ Dana Gentry told the New York Post. She was being followed, all sorts of things. She was unusual in the sense that she was willing to stand up for the truth even though she knew it might ruin her career.”

That statement by Gentry must also be measured against and considered in addition to the death of another mother who committed suicide within five months of Tobiasson’s death, a woman named Sydney Land, the two, “both spent years fighting the Las Vegas Metro Police Department over what they alleged was a cover-up of a still-unsolved double homicide tied to underage sex trafficking,” The NY Post reported.

“Judge Melanie Andress-Tobiasson, 55, who stepped down from the bench a year ago to avoid an ethics probe, killed herself Jan. 20 at her $2 million Vegas mansion. The Clark County coroner’s office said she died from a gunshot wound.

“Andress-Tobiasson’s one-time friend Connie Land, 53, shot herself to death Aug. 10, 2022, at her Las Vegas home after crusading for six years for justice for her daughter.

“Land’s daughter Sydney Land, 21, was murdered along with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Nehemiah “Neo” Kauffman, a reported pimp, in October 2016. The homicides remain unsolved.” (NY Post; Inside the mysterious suicides of two Las Vegas moms who accused cops of cover-up; By Dana Kennedy; Published Feb. 16, 2023)
